Video Conferencing Etiquette: Make Camera/Eye Contact
At Pipeline Video Solutions, we’re continuing a series on video conferencing do’s and don’ts to help you ensure you’re on your best video conferencing behavior.
Jewelry should be small and simple. Don’t let your bling blind participants or jangle enough to get picked up by the microphone. Web conferencing is not the place for clinky bangle bracelets or shiny eyeglass frames.
Look into the camera
We know it feels unnatural, but treat the camera like a set of eyes and make contact. Participants will see you head-on. Don’t stoop down to type. Elevate your monitor if necessary.
If you’ve got Pipeline Video Solutions webinar streaming software, you’re already on course to an excellent meeting. Stay tuned for more advice on how to maximize your web conferencing experience.
